ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)
We offer services that help employers that are in need of a third-party to conduct an internal investigation of allegations of discrimination; respond to a state grievance; or prepare a position statement in response to an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Charge.

TRAINING AND FACILITATION
The most incredible learning experiences can occur when a person is open-minded about ideas and learns to unlearn the status quo. This is a valuable approach to problem-solving in the workplace. We'll facilitate highly interactive programs which inspire professionals to develop their talent.
