
EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES & ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)
Alternative Dispute Resolution, or ADR, is a process that encompasses different methods for business leaders that choose to resolve workplace conflicts with a third-party or neutral by reaching an agreement. ADR is a proven and cost-effective option for possible litigation.
Leigh’s services include:
Leigh will consult with management on ways to facilitate meetings on employee performance feedback, write and issue disciplinary actions, and/or conduct termination meetings.
Leigh will conduct audits of designated company policies and procedures.
Leigh will review cases, collaborate on effective strategies, and provide sound recommendations on performance management and employee disciplinary actions.

Leigh investigates complaints of bullying, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues. You'll get summarized factual outcomes in a confidential report.
Leigh will serve as a neutral for formal and informal mediations. She is certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia to mediate General District Court cases.
Leigh offers expert advice on the Commonwealth of Virginia Grievance Procedures and most business appeal proceedings.
Leigh will review and respond to Charges of Discrimination from EEOC.
TRAINING AND FACILITATION
Leigh offers customized training and development opportunities for leaders, managers, and employees. These interactive training sessions can be train-the-trainer, on-the-job, or instructor-led. In addition, virtual and in-person training is available for small to large groups.

Audiences enjoy Leigh’s engaging and humorous presentations, where she shares her professional and lived experiences working in the human resources field.
Leigh was invited to speak at the HR Virginia Annual Conference in both 2024 and 2025. Most recently, in April 2025, she presented at the Greater Richmond Convention Center on how to maximize interpersonal skills during workplace dispute meetings. Feedback from attendees highlighted the value and relatability of her session.
She was also invited to speak on Authentic Leadership at the 10th Anniversary of the Virginia Tech Faculty Women of Color in the Academy conference in 2022.
In January 2023, Leigh was a panelist at the Wellness Retreat for Women in Leadership, sponsored by Growing Perspectives Career Consulting.
